stagers, we’ll guide you through the staging process to
prepare your home for a quick sale and profitable return.
Staging Consultation
Our Staging Consultation is a complete assessment of
the interior and exterior of your home. We’ll go over our
eight-step staging process while walking through your home
as a buyer would, gathering those all-important “first
impressions” of each room. Extensive notes and photographs
will be taken at this time. The consultation will provide us
with the information we’ll use to create our Detailed
Action Plan for staging. Together we’ll select a staging
package that works within your budget and timeframe. The
consultation will take about 1 - 2 hours and will include a
customized Priority Report that focuses on the five
most important things you can do right now to increase your
home’s value.
Home Staging Packages
Once the initial consultation
has been completed, a Brentwood Staging professional can
assist you in making the recommended changes to transform
you home. Based on your level of need, we’ll spend a full
day (8 hours) or half day (4 hours) making dramatic
transformations to your home working from the customized
Detailed Action Plan we’ve created for just for you.

Vacant Home Staging
Package
For homes that are vacant or
sparsely furnished. This package includes consultation,
furniture and accessory planning, set up of rental, delivery
and placement of furniture and accessories and schedule of
removal of furniture and accessories, when the home is sold.
